TRAILER SUCTION HOPPER DREDGER (TSHD)
2: DREDGEPUMP - Pumps the
material up into the Hopper.
3: HOPPER - Material storage
area.
1: DRAGHEAD - The Draghead
is that part of the system that is
in contact with the seabed,
excavating material, scraping it
off the bottom.
